Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Assuredcatalogue, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our digital marketing and SEO optimization services, whether through our website assuredcatalogue.world or direct engagement with our team.

Service Description

Assuredcatalogue provides professional digital marketing services with a focus on search engine optimization. Our services include website audits, keyword research, content strategy development, technical SEO improvements, analytics monitoring, and performance reporting.

We tailor our approach to each client's unique needs and business objectives. Specific service deliverables, timelines, and expectations are outlined in individual service agreements that supplement these general terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use our services:

In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.

To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.

To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way that is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful.

To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services, or which may harm the company or users of our services, or expose them to liability.

You agree not to request or instruct us to perform any actions that violate search engine guidelines, infringe on intellectual property rights, involve fraudulent or deceptive practices, or otherwise violate applicable laws or regulations.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information about their business, target audience, and marketing goals. You must grant necessary access to website platforms, analytics tools, and other systems required for service delivery. Timely feedback on recommendations and approval of content is essential for maintaining project schedules.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all materials provided to us do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Service Limitations

While we employ best practices and proven strategies, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic levels. Search engine algorithms change frequently, and rankings are influenced by numerous factors beyond our control, including competitor activities and industry dynamics.

Our services are provided on an ongoing basis, and optimal results typically require sustained effort over several months. Short-term engagements may not produce the same level of impact as long-term strategic partnerships.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Assuredcatalogue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, and recommendations developed by Assuredcatalogue during the course of providing services remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. Upon full payment for services rendered, clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended business purposes.

Clients retain ownership of their pre-existing materials, brand assets, and proprietary business information shared with us during the engagement.

Payment Terms

Service fees and payment schedules are established in individual service agreements. Invoices are typically issued monthly and payment is due within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.

All fees are quoted in British Pounds unless otherwise specified. Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with the services provided.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement, typically requiring thirty days advance notice. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate services if a client violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or requests actions that violate search engine guidelines or applicable laws.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and Assuredcatalogue relating to these terms or our services, we encourage you to first contact us to seek a resolution through good faith negotiations.

If we cannot resolve the dispute through direct communication within sixty days, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation before pursuing other legal remedies. The mediation shall be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon mediator in accordance with the rules of a recognized mediation service.

If mediation does not result in a resolution, or if either party chooses not to participate in mediation, any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm or to enforce intellectual property rights.

Governing Law

These terms of use and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.

Any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
